The Delmax UltimaIce winter tire is designed for compact passenger cars. It is highly effective on any slippery roads, demonstrating reliability of traction, directional stability, and the ability to slow down intensively in such conditions.

The tread pattern is made in a typical design for "Scandinavian" tires with a V-shaped arrangement of drainage grooves. The increased width of these elements and the direction against the movement allows for the very high-intensity removal of water and its heavy mixture with snow from the contact patch. Another feature is the presence of numerous lamellas. The hundreds of additional sharp edges formed by them improve the traction properties on rolled snow and ice.
