Description Deli SG-814
Superiority on the most challenging sections with the Deli SG-814 tire. Specifically designed for tractors and combines, this model becomes an indispensable solution for working on waterlogged, soft, and unstable soils: peat bogs, marshy soils, freshly plowed fields. Its key engineering task is to radically reduce the pressure on the soil, providing the equipment with maximum traction and cross-country ability. This is not just a tire, but a tool for increasing productivity and minimizing damage to the fertile layer.
The basis of its effectiveness is a classic open-type tread pattern. It is characterized by an increased width and depth of the grooves. Such a design deliberately creates a wide and uniform contact patch, distributing the weight of the machine over a larger area. This significantly reduces the pressure on the ground (specific pressure), preventing excessive soil compaction and deep rutting. The tread consists of numerous elongated blocks forming a Christmas tree-like pattern. This solution performs three functions at once:
- increases the total number of ground hooks, enhancing traction;
- the orientation of the elements reduces rolling resistance during maneuvers and transitions;
- the elongated sidewalls of each block aggressively dig into the soft soil, providing excellent traction properties without slipping.
The basis of the tire is an optimized carcass design. Its increased flexibility and elasticity, together with a special wear-resistant rubber compound, allow for safe and efficient operation of the model with reduced internal pressure. This is a critically important feature that additionally increases and stabilizes the contact patch, improves the smoothness of the machine's ride, allows for adaptation to irregularities, and improves traction without the risk of damaging the carcass.
Key features of Deli SG-814:
- minimal soil compaction preserves its structure and fertility;
- maximum traction and self-cleaning of the tread prevent slipping on wet clay, peat, and mud;
- reduced rolling resistance and confident movement save time and fuel;
- ideal for harvesting, sowing campaigns, land reclamation, and transportation work in conditions of high humidity.
