Description Copartner CR158
The Copartner CR158 truck tire is distinguished by its universal scope of application, as well as the possibility of installation on the driving axles of trucks and buses. One of the characteristic features of this model is its excellent traction and coupling characteristics on slippery surfaces, provided by the block tread pattern.
Original S-shaped tread pattern
One of the key features of this tire is its excellent off-road performance on soft and loose soils, as well as on snow. Such capabilities appeared after the tire's tread was equipped with an open pattern, rich in numerous blocks. These tread elements are grouped into five longitudinal ribs. The central part of the tread occupies a row of double blocks of a quadrangular shape, the transverse edges of which are located at a significant angle to the direction of movement. This made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of traction, especially outside the roads with a solid surface.
Excellent off-road performance on sand and mud
As mentioned earlier, a characteristic feature of the tread pattern of this tire is its block structure, i.e. it consists entirely of individual blocks. Thanks to the numerous edges formed by them, the Copartner CR158 tire is able to effectively grip any type of surface. At the same time, all tread blocks are located at a significant distance from each other. This allows the tread to self-clean from adhering soil particles, thereby providing excellent off-road performance even in impassable mud. Another technical solution aimed at achieving high off-road performance is the design of the shoulder areas of the tread. They represent two rows of powerful mud grippers, providing reliable coupling on soft and unstable surfaces.
Main features:
- excellent suitability for operation outside roads with a solid surface, due to the block structure of the tread pattern;
- a large number of individual blocks provide excellent coupling on any slippery surface;
- excellent self-cleaning characteristics of the tread, due to the large distance between the blocks;
- low noise level due to the multi-step arrangement of the tread elements;
- powerful blocks in the shoulder areas of the tread provide excellent off-road performance on sand and mud.
