The Contyre Arctic Ice winter tire is one of the novelties of a well-known manufacturer. High efficiency when braking

One of the characteristic features of this model is its excellent longitudinal traction and coupling properties on ice and compacted snow. They appeared due to the numerous wavy lamellas located at various angles almost perpendicular to the direction of movement. The total number of engagement edges formed by them exceeds 5 thousand. Together with their transverse arrangement, this makes it possible to ensure the effective operation of the tread during acceleration and braking on slippery surfaces.

Compound elasticity

The tread of this tire is able to remain elastic at temperatures down to minus 50 degrees Celsius. This became possible due to the composition of the rubber mixture, which consists of more than half of silica. In addition, this component significantly improves the resistance of the tread to any type of wear, which increases the duration of its service life.
