Description Continental IC40
The all-season cargo tire Continental IC40 is the standard of reliability and quality among cargo tires. It is specifically designed for extreme operating conditions. When it comes to transporting oversized and heavy cargo, specialized transportation companies traditionally use this model for trucks and autonomous modular transporters. There is a known case of transporting a 15,000-ton oil separator using an autonomous modular transporter, as well as transporting a wooden church in assembly in the central part of the German city of Born. During these transports, each tire was subjected to a colossal load of 10 tons.
Deep Tread Pattern
Thanks to the especially deep tread pattern, the Continental IC40 tire is characterized by increased passability and load-carrying capacity. And thanks to the diagonal design, it has exceptional stability, ride comfort, and optimal traction. Reinforced sidewalls provide resistance to cuts and tears.
Enormous Carrying Capacity
The solid thickness of the tread and sidewalls, together with the applied new-generation materials, give the tire colossal resistance to static and dynamic loads. This all-season pneumatic cargo tire is capable of operating in heavy conditions under the influence of extreme loads.
Excellent Traction and Traction
Thanks to the directed tread pattern and the use of material with a high coefficient of adhesion, this tire is characterized by excellent traction properties.
Long Service Life
The unique properties of the tire were confirmed by a series of internal tests at the manufacturing plant. The experimentally proven resistance to wear and tear is significantly higher than that of tires from competing brands, and the operational resource is longer.
