Two-row tread

Instead of a chaotic pattern, a two-row scheme of large massive blocks is applied here. Each element is equipped with elongated edges that work like blades. When the wheel rotates, they provide highly efficient traction. At the same time, the ribbed structure provides a smooth traction vector — there is no displacement of the transport when turning the steering wheel.

"Overlap" zone

One of the features is the partial overlap of the central elements of neighboring rows. When the forklift moves on asphalt or concrete base at high speed (for example, when moving to a new facility), the usual tread begins to heat up. Partial overlap creates an almost continuous support strip in the center. The effect:
- reduced rolling resistance;
- reduced heat generation in the tread mass;
- optimization of abrasive wear.

Reinforced carcass

The model uses a multi-layer reinforced carcass with increased density of cord threads. The design is designed to absorb and dissipate the impact energy throughout the sidewall, rather than concentrating it at one point. This provides resistance to "blisters", tears and maintains the shape of the tire during prolonged overloads.
