The commercial tire Continental HDL2+ Eco-plus is designed for long-haul tractors. Adapted for use on driving wheels. Has increased efficiency on winter coatings, differing in stable coupling properties. Reduces operating costs with fuel economy and reliability in adverse operating conditions.

The tread pattern is made in an open directional design and features a large number of small blocks. They are arranged in such a way that in the contact patch, extended V-shaped transverse edges are formed. They provide high traction, especially on slippery snow and ice surfaces. It is further increased by the numerous transverse lamellas in each block.

The shoulder areas contain enlarged blocks. They expand the contact patch, giving it a rectangular shape. This increases the tire's stability when maneuvering and ensures even distribution of the load on the road surface. These properties are enhanced by longitudinal "bridges" that rigidly connect the shoulder blocks, limiting their mobility relative to each other.

The tread pattern is made from a rubber compound whose operational properties have been specially selected. The compound is characterized by the ability to maintain elasticity at negative temperatures, demonstrating strength in tearing and stretching.
