Bridgestone RW-Steer 001 – a commercial-type tire used on the steering axle of cargo transport operated for both urban and highway transportation. It is characterized by increased directional stability, optimal pressure distribution in the contact area, and efficient heat dissipation.
A new rubber compound was used in the production of the tire, which reduces heat generation and provides protection against abrasive wear. This factor extends the service life, making the tire economically advantageous.
The tread is represented by an expressive ribbed structure, in the center of which there is a wide element consisting of individual blocks. On the one hand, such a structure allows increasing the responsiveness of control, and on the other hand, it optimizes the coupling properties. Numerous notches in the middle and lateral zones help make the vehicle more stable on wet and slippery roads.
