Description Bontyre T-835
All-season truck tire Bontyre T-835 is designed for installation on any axles of trailers and semi-trailers used in the field of international and intercity transportation. The size range of this model is represented by one type - 385/65R22,5.
Optimized tread pattern design
When developing the Bontyre T-835 tire, the company's specialists aimed to provide it with wear resistance, low rolling resistance, and excellent traction on asphalt surfaces. As a result, a symmetrical tread pattern was created, consisting of five longitudinal ribs. They are separated by wide drainage grooves that run along the entire tread. This pattern combines simplicity and excellent efficiency.
Low rolling resistance
Each of the five longitudinal ribs is characterized by an almost complete absence of any breaks throughout its length. This made it possible to significantly reduce rolling resistance, thereby achieving excellent fuel efficiency.
Excellent resistance to uneven wear
All tread ribs are characterized by almost equal sizes. In combination with their high structural rigidity, this made it possible to ensure optimal distribution of external pressure over the contact patch. In addition to the increased load-carrying capacity resulting from this, this technical solution significantly increased the tread's resistance to uneven wear, thereby providing the tire with a longer service life.
Low noise level
Low noise is one of the distinctive features of this tire. It owes this largely to special depressions made in the walls of the drainage grooves. With their help, it was possible to almost completely eliminate resonant noises and vibrations.
Main features of the Bontyre T-835 tire
- the tire was specially created for operation on any axles of trailers and semi-trailers;
- five rigid longitudinal ribs provide excellent directional stability and low rolling resistance;
- high braking efficiency, thanks to numerous transverse notches on the longitudinal ribs in the central part of the tread;
- excellent resistance to uneven wear, due to the massive size of all tread elements;
- the possibility of restoration due to the reinforced design of the tire;
- special depressions in the walls of the drainage grooves help reduce the level of resonant noise.
