Description BKT Loader Plus
BKT Loader Plus — not just an industrial tire, but a specialized survival platform for heavy loaders and bulldozers operating in harsh conditions. It is designed for operational zones where the concept of a "flat floor" is absent: construction sites, logging, open storage terminals.
Multilayer "armor" of diagonal architecture
Unlike standard solutions, a modernized diagonal frame structure is applied here. Multiple layers of high-strength textile cord form a rigid, monolithic structure with exceptional tear resistance and resistance to lateral impacts. This architecture provides absolute stability of the sidewall when working with maximum load and on unstable soils, reducing the risk of "hernia" or frame damage to zero.
Tread layer
A high tread array is formed from a unique compound. Its formula is a balance between strength and adaptability: it has controlled softness and high elasticity. The elasticity performs two key functions: it works as a shock absorber, absorbing the energy of impacts and preventing cuts and punctures from sharp edges; it repeats the micro-relief of the surface, providing excellent mechanical grip on loose soil. The material demonstrates phenomenal resistance to wear and delamination, guaranteeing maximum mileage between repairs.
Load distribution and aggressive traction
A wide profile with massive tractor-type lugs is the basis of cargo capacity. Their area is optimized for even pressure distribution in the contact patch, which minimizes point overloads and deformations. This not only directly increases the stability of the transport under load but also reduces the specific wear of the tread, transferring impact and abrasive loads to the entire lug surface. The deep, self-cleaning pattern guarantees consistently high traction and passability in mud, sand, and snow.
Main features of BKT Loader Plus:
- multilayer diagonal construction — maximum protection against tears and lateral damage in conditions of extreme impact loads.
- shock-absorbing compound for protection against cuts/punctures and ensuring grip on complex terrain;
- wide massive lugs evenly distribute pressure, increasing cargo capacity and the overall resource of the tire;
- deep self-cleaning tread provides stable traction and grip on loose, wet, and unstable surfaces.
