Description Белшина ФБел-256М
Belshina FBEL-256M is a specialized agricultural tire model produced by a Belarusian manufacturer. It is designed for installation on light agricultural and trailed equipment, tractor trailers, and deep tillers used for field work, transportation of feed, grain, and other materials on agricultural fields and dirt roads.
Tread and operational properties
The tire pattern is made in a classic agricultural style with pronounced ground-gripping elements and deep grooves. This design provides reliable traction with loose, wet, and mixed soils, improves the passability of equipment, and reduces slippage during agricultural operations. The deep grooves contribute to the effective self-cleaning of the tread from stuck earth and plant residues, which is especially important when working on plowed fields and arable land. The pattern elements are distributed in such a way as to reduce rolling resistance and reduce wear during long movement cycles.
Increased load-carrying capacity
One of the key differences between the model and the standard 256 index is the increased standard of sidewall layering up to 12PR, which allows the maximum load with which the tire can work to be significantly increased - up to about 1250 kg at a speed of 40 km/h. The reinforced frame and additional layering provide increased resistance to deformations, mechanical damage, and static loads that occur when towing heavy aggregates and operating on uneven surfaces.
The sidewalls are reinforced to protect against cuts and tears during maneuvers, and the rubber compound is designed to work in an aggressive agricultural environment with high abrasive loads, which helps to slow down wear and increase the mileage of the tire.
Main features of Belshina FBEL-256M:
- a tread optimized for work on earthy, sandy, and clay surfaces;
- increased layering for work with increased loads;
- a reinforced frame and sidewalls for resistance to deformations and mechanical damage;
- a rubber compound resistant to the effects of various aggressive environments.
