The Belshina Bel-298 commercial tire is designed for high-capacity trucks. It is intended for use on any asphalt roads, including highways and dirt roads. It is installed on the driving axle.

The tire is equipped with a all-steel carcass and breaker. This increases the load capacity, reduces rolling resistance and wear, and provides the possibility of retreading the tread. It is made in an open design, in which large blocks prevail. The elements are arranged longitudinally, which reduces rolling resistance and wear. The numerous edges formed by them allow for effective traction, especially on slippery surfaces. The blocks at the edges of the tread are connected by "bridges". This design prevents uneven wear and gives the tire an additional margin of stability when maneuvering.
