New carcass design

The all-season tire Belshina Bel-25 is used in various conditions and often encounters increased loads, which lead to damage and punctures. To increase resistance to overload, a new carcass design was used. It is made of modern high-strength materials using the latest cord winding technology. Due to this, the carcass can withstand prolonged maximum loads without further damage and ruptures. As a result of the dense winding of the cord, the carcass provides optimal pressure distribution inside the tire. This contributed to an increase in mileage and an increase in the contact patch.

Optimized tread pattern

The use of computer simulation in the design of the tread pattern made it possible to achieve an optimal arrangement of blocks and distances between them. Two deep and three shallow water drainage channels quickly remove water, dirt, and snow from the contact patch. This achieves maximum traction with any road surface. The central blocks provide increased stability, accelerating responses to steering wheel turns. The shoulder area contains elongated blocks with special depressions, which increases stability during maneuvers.

New additives in the rubber compound, together with the optimized tread pattern, made it possible to reduce the rolling resistance coefficient. This made it possible to reduce fuel consumption and increase stability in any position of the tire. The excellent restorative properties of the tread increase the comfort of the ride, absorbing any road surface irregularities.
