The Austone AT16 summer tire is designed for use on various trailers and the steering axle of trucks. Due to its optimal ratio of cost and quality, the tire enjoys increased popularity among consumers. In the creation of this model, the latest technologies and the best materials were used, which made it possible to achieve excellent driving characteristics and compliance with global environmental standards.
Optimized tread design
When creating the tread pattern, the latest modeling method was used, which made it possible to select the optimal arrangement of blocks and channels. Four zigzag-shaped continuous blocks provide excellent handling and increased directional stability. Five deep water evacuation channels quickly remove dirt and water from the tread, preventing possible slippage. Special recesses and small grooves create an "adhesion" effect on any surface and reduce noise while driving. The shoulder area is made of a thicker rubber layer, which prevents lateral damage and increases stability during turns. The new tread pattern has made it possible to achieve a maximum contact patch with the road, which has a positive effect on stability and handling.
Reinforced carcass
Truck tires are constantly subjected to increased loads, which is the cause of frequent breaks and damage. To avoid these negative consequences, a reinforced carcass is used in the tire. In its production, more durable materials and special steel rings are used, which not only increased protection against possible damage but also prevented tread rupture during overloads. The new carcass structure provides an even distribution of pressure inside the tire, preventing uneven wear and increasing the service life of the tread.
