The summer tire Atlas Batman A50, the scope of which includes medium-sized cars used in the city. The model demonstrates good resistance to aquaplaning, stability of traction on dry and wet roads, ease of maneuverability.
The asymmetric non-directional tread pattern is designed using computer technology. Thanks to modeling, it was possible to achieve a combination of improved handling characteristics with driving comfort. The shoulder area of the tire features large blocks connected by bridges. Due to the latter, it was possible to achieve a reduction in lateral deformation of the elements when making turns. And this was reflected in the accuracy of control during maneuvers.
The central and middle zones of the tread are occupied by three longitudinal ribs, carrying a multitude of channels and lamellas with different directions. Their tasks include increasing traction, reducing the braking distance (thanks to the sharp edges of the edges), as well as draining moisture from the contact area.
Key Features of Atlas Batman A50
- operation on medium-sized city cars;
- reliable protection against hydroplaning;
- stability of maneuverability and resistance to deformation of the tread due to the strengthened shoulder area and the presence of "bridges" between the blocks;
- high resistance to abrasive wear due to silica and polymer additives in the rubber compound.
