The Athos HG2153S commercial tire is specifically designed for use on the steering axles of long-haul trucks. It is characterized by stable traction on wet and snowy surfaces, comfortable handling, fuel efficiency, and a long service life.
The tread pattern features numerous S-shaped lamellas cut into all three central ribs. These elements provide high efficiency when braking on wet surfaces and snow. The oversized blocks on the edges of the tread increase handling accuracy and stability in turns, preventing the occurrence and development of uneven wear. The special design of the all-steel carcass provides good directional stability during uniform motion, reduces rolling resistance, and prevents rapid tread wear.
