The Apollo EnduRace RD2 commercial tire is recommended for installation on the drive axles of trucks and long-haul tractors. It is distinguished by improved traction and coupling properties on winter roads, resistance to wear and punctures, smooth ride and acoustic comfort.
The tread pattern is notable for its numerous blocks. The arrangement of the elements provides a contact patch with virtually continuous transverse edges. This allows the tire to demonstrate high traction even on snow. The blocks on the edges of the tread are not only increased in size but also connected by rigid "bridges". This increases the directional stability during straight-line movement, the stability of coupling during maneuvering, as well as prevents the rapid development of uneven wear.
