Description Aonaite 896
The Aonaite 896 truck tire is favorably distinguished from a significant part of similar tire products by the universality of its application. This model is perfectly suited for operation on any axles not only of trucks but also of buses. Among its characteristic features, it is especially worth noting the very low rolling resistance, which, in combination with an attractive cost and long service life, provides the tire with excellent economic efficiency indicators.
Absence of separate blocks
Low rolling resistance is ensured by a number of factors. One of the main ones is the minimal number of separate tread elements. There are only four of them - two longitudinal ribs are located in the central part of the Aonaite 896 tread and two shoulder zones are located on the edges. Such a design allowed not only to minimize the rolling resistance but also to significantly increase the size of the support surface, which led to a significant increase in a number of operational characteristics. First of all, this is the traction on a dry road, as well as the carrying capacity and resistance to uneven wear, which are ensured by optimizing the distribution of external pressure on the contact patch.
Excellent traction and coupling properties in the longitudinal direction
The absence of separate blocks did not prevent Chinese tire manufacturers from giving this tire excellent coupling properties in the longitudinal direction. They are ensured by numerous traction edges formed during movement due to the zigzag shape of the central tread ribs and a multitude of notches on the outer side of the shoulder zones.
At the same time, the absence of any breaks throughout the tread elements allowed giving them significant resistance to dynamic deformation. Thanks to this design feature, the tire demonstrates excellent directional stability, and when installed on the steering axis, it provides high maneuverability.
Main features of Aonaite 896
- universality of application due to the possibility of operation on any axles of trucks and buses;
- excellent directional stability and maneuverability due to the rigid design of all four longitudinal ribs and the reinforced carcass;
- excellent traction and coupling properties in the longitudinal direction are ensured by numerous edges formed during movement by zigzag longitudinal ribs in the central part of the tread and a multitude of notches in the shoulder zones.
