The Antyre TB688 truck tire was specifically designed for use on the driving axles of trucks of various tonnages. In addition to the traditionally attractive cost of Chinese tire products, this model is also favorably distinguished by a high level of safety even in the most unfavorable road and weather conditions, as well as a very long service life.
Tread pattern with open design
Since this model was initially developed for use on the driving axles of trucks, Chinese tire manufacturers preferred to equip it with a symmetrical non-directional tread pattern with an open design. It is characterized by the presence of a large number of quadrangular blocks, which form six longitudinal ribs, including the shoulder areas. This design provides the tire with excellent directional stability when moving at high speeds, as well as good rolling resistance, considering its specialization.
Excellent longitudinal traction and coupling properties
As mentioned, the tread pattern design of this model contains a large number of quadrangular blocks. During movement, they form a multitude of transverse edges. Thanks to this, the tire demonstrates excellent traction and coupling properties in the longitudinal direction, especially on wet roads.
Low noise level
Despite the presence of a large number of individual tread elements, this tire is characterized by a relatively high level of acoustic comfort when moving. This was achieved due to the multi-stage arrangement of the tread blocks relative to each other. At the same time, their corners were rounded, which allowed to additionally reduce the level of noise and vibrations arising during movement.
