Description Alliance 580 R-4 Steel Belted
Alliance 580 R-4 Steel Belted – an industrial model designed for intense use on construction and municipal equipment. Developed for compact front loaders, wheel excavators, and loaders, it demonstrates outstanding durability and adaptability in urban construction, road works, and diverse terrain conditions. This model embodies an optimal balance between durability on hard surfaces and confident traction on loose terrain.
Directed tread technology with a double row of blocks provides a stable contact patch and excellent self-cleaning. Two rows of large, elongated blocks create a powerful traction potential. The blocks are offset, partially overlapping each other. This arrangement not only increases strength and resistance to deformation but also significantly reduces rolling resistance and heat generation, which directly extends the service life during frequent movements on asphalt or concrete.
An open design with high, massive elements and deep tread lugs forms an aggressive traction shoulder. This guarantees outstanding traction on waterlogged, sandy, and clay soils, providing the machine with confident grip and the ability to work where other tires slip.
Key features of Alliance 580 R-4 Steel Belted:
- a rubber compound developed for work with abrasives provides high resistance to wear, cuts, and chips from gravel, construction debris, and reinforcement;
- an increased tread width and massive blocks maximize the contact area, providing excellent stability and traction on smooth surfaces such as asphalt and concrete;
- large voids between tread elements in the shoulder areas effectively remove dirt, prevent clogging, and maintain traction characteristics in the most challenging conditions.
