Description Aeolus AE35/E-3
The special tire Aeolus AE35/E-3 is designed for use in quarry and mining dump trucks, including models with an articulated frame. It is characterized by high traction properties on rocky soils, low heat generation, increased load capacity, and resistance to wear, cuts, and punctures.
The tread pattern is notable for the continuity of the transverse edges of the blocks, which provides high traction properties that remain when moving in both directions. The massiveness of the elements and their shape, which allows them to partially overlap each other, reduces heat generation and rolling resistance, especially at high speeds, and also prevents rapid wear of the tread. An important feature is the use of a special rubber compound adapted for use on hard rocky soils. This compound is characterized by exceptional resistance to wear, cuts, tears, and punctures, which significantly increases the mileage of the tire in harsh conditions, along with the reinforced structure of the all-steel carcass.
Key features of Aeolus AE35/E-3
- continuous transverse edges of the blocks increase traction properties, maintaining them when moving in both directions;
- special block shape, their massiveness, and special reinforcing ribs between them reduce heat generation, rolling resistance, and wear, preventing the formation of cracks and tears in the tread;
- reinforced carcass and especially durable rubber compound provide a long service life in the most severe operating conditions.
