Advance GM-A1 — a specialized radial tire for dump trucks operating in open-pit mining, embankment filling, and on-site logistics. The model is designed for harsh construction site conditions: abrasive soil, sharp rocks, cyclic overloads, and lack of prepared access roads. This is a solution for the driving axle, where not just traction is required, but the ability to survive in an aggressive environment.
Tread
Horizontally oriented massive blocks form an aggressive gripping profile. This is a system of power elements that work to "dig" into loose and friable surfaces. The tire does not slip on dumps, does not slide on wet clay, and confidently starts with a full load on an uphill climb.
Wide-profile architecture
The increased support surface redistributes the mass of the loaded dump truck, reducing peak loads on the soil. This gives a double effect: the equipment does not sink into weak foundations, and the tire itself works in a gentle thermal mode. The reduction in specific pressure extends the life of the tread and prevents local deformations of the carcass.
Resistance to cracking and wear
The compound is developed according to a recipe with increased abrasive resistance. The material is adapted to contact with sharp edges of rubble, reinforcement, and stone. The tire resists chips, cuts, and microcracks, which in the quarry are the main reason for the disposal of tires. At the same time, the necessary elasticity for operation at negative temperatures and in conditions of cyclic loads is preserved.
Side protection
In the sidewall area, an optimized distribution of the rubber mass is carried out. The increased thickness of the protective layer in combination with an elastic substrate reduces the risk of side cuts when in contact with sharp objects. This is a calculated damper that absorbs the shock load before it reaches the power frame.
