Zhongce CB999 – a high-tech model designed for vehicles that operate off asphalt: quarry trucks, all-wheel drive vehicles, and specialized loaders. It confidently transmits traction to the driving axle and maintains steering precision on the steering axle, working in sand, mud, and on rocky slopes.
Frame with a margin of strength
The basis is a all-steel radial construction, where each layer is made of high-section threads. The high density of reinforcement creates a rigid structure that can withstand impact loads and deformations without residual changes. This architecture not only withstands colossal static loads but also effectively resists punctures.
Grip on weak soils
The tread belongs to the E 7 class and is made according to a non-directional block scheme. The massive elements are a precise calculation of the contact patch geometry for maximum traction on loose and viscous bases. Each block, digging into the sand, clay, or gravel, prevents slipping, allowing the entire torque to be realized. The tread depth here is not just a resource reserve, but a backup that ensures stable characteristics even with significant wear.
Self-cleaning and protection
The wide and deep inter-block grooves with an open configuration perform a dual function. Firstly, they instantly evacuate dirt, sand, and small fractions from the contact zone. Secondly, such geometry prevents stones from getting stuck, which reduces the risk of damage. The shoulder areas are made with reinforced and increased thickness of the rubber layer. They dampen lateral loads when maneuvering on slopes, protecting the sidewalls from cuts.
Key features of Zhongce CB999:
- can be used on any axles (driving, steering, and trailer) of quarry and off-road equipment, providing excellent driving characteristics;
- multi-layer reinforcement with high-section steel cord guarantees high carrying capacity and puncture resistance;
- massive tread lugs with optimal arrangement create excellent traction on sand, mud, and rocky slopes;
- wide grooves provide instant self-cleaning from dirt and stones, preventing loss of grip;
- special rubber compound with the addition of natural rubber and heat-resistant polymers resists chipping and temperature overheating.
