The Volex FX196 E3/L3 tyre is designed for front loaders and other construction equipment operating in quarries, industrial sites, and road construction projects. The model is intended for use under constant impact and abrasive effects on surfaces consisting of a mixture of gravel, soil, and rock. The design is focused on maintaining traction properties at low speeds and significant loads.

For challenging conditions

The tread pattern is designed according to the E3/L3 class, featuring a standard depth and large blocks separated by large voids. This design allows for confident transmission of traction force on loose and mixed surfaces, while also facilitating the removal of soil and small stones. The significant block area reduces pressure on individual surface areas, enabling the tyre to maintain stability even when moving a fully loaded bucket.

Reinforced construction for high load

The diagonal carcass has high stiffness and withstands operation on surfaces with sharp edges well. The reinforced sidewall areas effectively resist cuts, impacts, and deformation during intense manoeuvring. The special rubber compound composition increases resistance to wear and heat, which is particularly important during prolonged operation of equipment in quarries and construction sites.

Stability in prolonged work cycles

The tyre is designed for use on front loaders with a payload capacity of 5 tons and other heavy special equipment performing loading, moving, and transporting materials. The optimized profile promotes even load distribution across the contact patch, reducing wear intensity and maintaining predictable machine behaviour. Thanks to the combination of a robust carcass, optimized tread pattern, and high load-carrying capacity, the model confidently withstands prolonged operation in conditions of intense daily work.

Key features of the Volex FX196 E3/L3:

- the tread pattern with large blocks provides confident grip and effective self-cleaning on soil surfaces of any type;
- the diagonal carcass construction features high resistance to impacts, cuts, and other mechanical damage;
- the wear-resistant rubber compound maintains its working properties under intense abrasive effects and prolonged work cycles;
- the optimized profile promotes even load distribution, increasing the stability of the equipment and extending the tyre's lifespan.
