Neumaster W-2 E-3/L-3 — diagonal tire with a camera and rim strip, designed for operation on forklifts, bulldozers, excavators and other types of special equipment. The model is designed for the most difficult off-road, quarry, and construction site conditions. Diagonal structure
Unlike radial models, the diagonal frame is formed by intersecting layers of cord. This architecture provides:
- sidewall stiffness — critical for graders and bulldozers when working on slopes;
- resistance to punctures — diagonal threads redistribute the point load from sharp rocks;
- diagonal tires are easier to repair and allow for multiple tread welding.
Tread
Class E-3/L-3 is a deep tread cut with powerful, widely spaced lugs. The model features a directional pattern with a wide support base. Asymmetric blocks with reinforced bases prevent skidding when hitting hard rock. Deep and wide grooves provide self-cleaning from clay, gravel, and mud, excluding "clogging". Shoulder areas with additional stiffness ribs increase stability and prevent the tire from slipping sideways. As a result, the equipment demonstrates improved passability on complex surfaces
Rubber compound
The production of the tread uses an exclusive rubber mixture with a high content of synthetic rubber. The result:
- increased resistance to abrasive wear;
- elasticity at negative temperatures;
- heat resistance.
