Geometry that forms grip
The basis is a block architecture developed with variable operating conditions in mind. The tread elements are made in the form of wavy elements with variable geometry of the edges. This approach significantly increases the total length of the active gripping edges. The high profile of the blocks further enhances the gripping effect: the ground is not cut, but reliably captured and pushed out, which is critical when climbing and maneuvering with a full load.
The central zone of the tread pattern deserves special attention. Here, the blocks are connected by special bridges. This design performs two tasks at once:
- reduces internal friction in the compound and lowers the thermal heating of the carcass during high-speed runs;
- minimizes deformation under load and increases protection against mechanical damage.
Optimized profile
The tyre has a slightly flattened profile in the contact patch, which allows for even distribution of pressure across the entire width of the tread. This gives three advantages at once:
- the actual grip area increases;
- the specific pressure on the ground decreases;
- wear is evened out across the entire tread.
Protection from mechanical factors
For the model, a rubber compound with an enhanced polymer framework was developed, which retains elasticity in frost and thermal stability in summer heat. Reinforcing components have been introduced into the compound, increasing resistance to rupture and reducing the likelihood of damage.
