Reliability basis

The foundation is a all-steel diagonal carcass. This solution translates the tyre into a class of increased load-carrying capacity: the steel cord provides stiffness, while simultaneously damping peak shock loads. Importantly, the metal carcass reduces the tendency to local thread breaks. In the event of punctures, the damage remains localized and does not spread throughout the structure.

Traction physics and directional stability

Engineers chose a directional tread pattern. Wide blocks with long curved walls form engaging surfaces that, when rotating, dig into soft soil, creating an active traction force.

Resistance management

The offset of transverse blocks relative to each other creates the effect of a discontinuous running track, which significantly reduces hysteresis losses during rolling. During wheel rotation, centrifugal force and shear deformations actively push the stuck dirt outwards, restoring traction. This is especially valuable on complex off-road sections.

Rubber compound

A special rubber compound has been developed for the model, providing high resistance to abrasive wear. But unlike its analogues, the compound maintains sufficient elasticity to prevent cracking when in contact with sharp fragments of rocks. This balance allows the tyre to withstand intense load cycles.
