The special tire MRB G-2/L-2 is used in front loaders and other equipment, which operates mainly on soft and medium-hard ground surfaces. In such conditions, it demonstrates stable traction, low tendency to lateral skidding, along with increased resistance to mechanical damage.
The tread pattern is executed in an open design, representing a combination of massive blocks with elongated curved walls, elongated due to a large inclination. These elements not only increase traction on the ground but also reduce the risk of lateral skidding. The adhesive properties in these conditions are further enhanced by significant voids between the blocks at the edges of the tread, which gives it the ability to intensely self-clean even when working on waterlogged and clay soils. In the central part, due to overlapping and dense arrangement, the tread elements form a wide continuous longitudinal rib, reducing rolling resistance and preventing overheating of the tire, especially when moving on flat and hard surfaces.
Key features of MRB G-2/L-2
- an optimized profile of the tread prevents tire skidding, providing a deeper immersion of blocks into the ground;
- elongated due to inclination edges of blocks increase traction and stability on ground surfaces;
- optimized arrangement of tread elements in the central part reduces rolling resistance and prevents overheating of the tire when moving at high speed
