The powerful shoulder areas, in turn, take on the main load during turns and operation on viscous sections. Together, this forms a stable contact patch even on uneven surfaces, where ordinary tyres lose grip.
Increased tread life
One of the key characteristics is the increased depth of the tread pattern. In various sizes, it reaches 55–69 mm. Standard tyres for heavy machinery often have a depth 15–20% less.
The deep drainage grooves between the blocks perform a dual function. Firstly, they provide effective water, mud, and small debris removal from the contact area. Secondly, as the top layer wears out, the remaining depth continues to maintain traction properties, ensuring predictable traction.
Specialized compound
The rubber compound is the result of targeted development for the mining industry. Here, reinforced polymer compositions with increased technical carbon content and special fillers are used, which provide:

- resistance to abrasive wear;
- heat resistance.
