Спецшины Doublecoin REM9

Doublecoin REM9 — a radial solution of the E-4 class, designed for traction operations in open-pit mining and on large construction sites.

Reliable grip

The architecture is based on a non-directional tread pattern with a central rib. This solution allows the tyre to work equally effectively on both driving and steered axles.

The central rib acts as a stabilizing element, providing directional stability and reducing lateral drift during maneuvers. The powerful shoulder areas, in turn, take on the main load during turns and operation on viscous sections. Together, this forms a stable contact patch even on uneven surfaces, where ordinary tyres lose grip.

Increased tread life

One of the key characteristics is the increased depth of the tread pattern. In various sizes, it reaches 55–69 mm. Standard tyres for heavy machinery often have a depth 15–20% less.

The deep drainage grooves between the blocks perform a dual function. Firstly, they provide effective water, mud, and small debris removal from the contact area. Secondly, as the top layer wears out, the remaining depth continues to maintain traction properties, ensuring predictable traction.

Specialized compound

The rubber compound is the result of targeted development for the mining industry. Here, reinforced polymer compositions with increased technical carbon content and special fillers are used, which provide:

- resistance to mechanical stress;
- resistance to abrasive wear;
- heat resistance.

Key features of Doublecoin REM9:

- designed for heavy conditions in the mining industry and earthworks;
- a non-directional tread pattern with a central rib provides stable traction on any type of off-road terrain;
- a radial carcass made of high-strength steel withstands extreme loads and prevents deformations;
- a specialized compound effectively resists cuts, chips, and abrasive wear.
