The Ceat Farmax R85 tire is designed for various tractor equipment used in agriculture. It represents a universal model suitable for use in a wide range of field operations. It is characterized by high traction properties with reduced impact on the topsoil layer, increased service life.
The tread pattern is designed in an open design, consisting of high blocks with elongated curved walls. The elements have an aggressive inclination, which, in combination with the shape of the edges, provides excellent traction on soils with high moisture content. It is worth noting the presence of significant voids between the blocks, which minimizes the risk of clogging the tread with a mixture of soil particles and water. Another important feature of the tire is the increased internal volume and tread width. This significantly reduces the pressure on the surface, which, in combination with the rounded profile of the shoulder areas of the tread, substantially reduces the risk of excessive compaction of the topsoil layer. Another advantage of this model is the use of an optimized rubber compound in its manufacture. It is distinguished by increased resistance to wear, puncture, and cracking, as well as resistance to ultraviolet radiation, which significantly increases the tire's service life.
