The summer tire Continental ContiTwist SM is suitable for any motorcycle and provides excellent speed parameters. The use of the latest materials has made it possible to reduce the weight of the tire and improve its traction on wet road surfaces. After production, the tire undergoes electronic and visual quality control, meeting all world standards and fully corresponding to the declared characteristics.
New components in the rubber compound
When creating the rubber compound, a large number of new components were used, which improved the driving qualities of the tread. The silica helped to achieve excellent elasticity, thanks to which the tire has excellent traction characteristics and fast recovery properties. On any surface, this model provides confident handling and excellent stability. Silicon additives helped to improve the wear-resistant characteristics of the tread, which increased the service life. Also, the Continental ContiTwist SM tire is distinguished by reliable protection against overheating due to the use of special additives.
Modern tread design
The modern tread pattern has not only improved the driving qualities of the tire but also made it more stylish. Special water-removing channels of an unusual shape reliably protect the tire from the possible effect of aquaplaning, quickly removing water from the contact zone with the road surface. The reinforced shoulder area has a special sharp edge, which provides excellent stability during sharp turns of the motorcycle.
The use of modern materials has made it possible to significantly reduce the weight of the tire, which has increased its speed characteristics and improved its mileage.
