Universal tread pattern
To a large extent, the versatility of this model is ensured by its tread pattern. It contains four longitudinal ribs, separated from each other by wide drainage grooves. Their key feature is a very rigid structure, ensured by the absence of any edges throughout their length. Such a design allows the Yellow Sea YS08 tire to demonstrate excellent directional stability, low rolling resistance, and, when installed on the steering axle, very high maneuverability.
The absence of separate blocks is compensated by the zigzag edges of the longitudinal ribs, which are abundant in numerous corners and faces. This is enough to provide the tire with good traction and adhesion properties in the longitudinal direction.

This part of the tread is distinguished by very massive dimensions, a rigid structure, and the presence of numerous protrusions of great depth. Thanks to this, the Chinese tire manufacturers were able to give the tire a whole range of important qualities. First of all, this is the optimal distribution of external pressure over the contact patch, the shape of which has become close to rectangular. In addition to increased cargo capacity, this has led to an increase in the tread's resistance to uneven wear. As for the numerous depressions, they, forming numerous traction edges during movement, allow the tire to demonstrate confident behavior on dirt roads.
