Description Yellow Sea YS07
The primary application area of the Yellow Sea YS07 cargo tire is the driving axles of medium and large-tonnage trucks that operate mainly on roads with a solid surface. Such extensive applicability is provided by a size range that includes not only 22.5-inch but also 20-inch wheel mounting diameters. Another feature of this model is its low rolling resistance combined with excellent traction and adhesion properties in the longitudinal direction. Also, it's worth mentioning the traditionally attractive price-to-quality ratio of Chinese tire products of the new generation.
Rigid Central Rib
The combination of low rolling resistance and good traction and adhesion properties in the longitudinal direction is largely provided by a wide longitudinal rib located in the central part of the tread. In addition to its massive size, it is distinguished by the absence of breaks throughout its length, which makes this element highly resistant to dynamic deformation. The absence of separate blocks in this part of the tread is compensated by the wavy shape of the longitudinal rib, which has many angles and faces.
Arrow-Shaped Transverse Ribs
On both sides of the longitudinal rib, there are numerous blocks with a shape close to trapezoidal, distributed in separate groups, each containing four individual elements. In fact, they represent transverse ribs that form very long contact edges during movement, providing excellent road grip in the longitudinal direction. Their arrow-shaped form gives the tire a number of important advantages. First of all, it's the increased stability during acceleration and braking. Additionally, this feature reduces the level of resonant noises and vibrations.
Key Features of the Yellow Sea YS07 Tire
- A wide size range, including types with a mounting diameter of 20 and 22.5 inches, provides the tire with excellent applicability;
- Designed for installation on the driving axles of medium and large-tonnage trucks;
- Low rolling resistance thanks to the wide rigid central rib;
- A large number of tread blocks collected in separate groups form very extended edges during movement, providing excellent traction and adhesion properties in the longitudinal direction;
- Stable behavior during acceleration and braking, low noise and vibration levels, thanks to the arrow-shaped form of the transverse ribs.
