Tornado GL268D — a tire for medium-duty commercial vehicles and bus equipment used for long-distance routes. It is characterized by low rolling resistance, stable traction properties on both dry and wet asphalt, and an extended service life.
The tread features numerous medium-sized block structures that form six circumferential ribs. The blocks themselves have a checkerboard arrangement, which improves traction and reduces braking distance. In addition, this tread structure minimizes the likelihood of air turbulence in the tire grooves, resulting in improved acoustic comfort.
The model is based on a 16-layer carcass, part of which is made up of nylon elements. This provides a high degree of elasticity, ensuring protection against deformation and local impacts. The result is an extended service life with preserved working properties. To this, we add a special compound reinforced with additives that neutralize abrasive wear.
