The commercial tire Roadlux R168 is designed for long and intensive use on regional highways and high-speed motorways with good road surface quality. It is recommended for use on the steering axle. It features increased strength and wear resistance, directional stability, good handling accuracy, and the ability to brake intensively on wet surfaces.
The tread pattern features six solid ribs. In combination with the optimization of the tread profile, this significantly increases the tire's resistance to abrasive wear. At the same time, the stiffness of the longitudinal ribs provides excellent directional stability during straight-line movement, minimizing rolling resistance. The numerous S-shaped lamellas allow for intensive braking on wet surfaces.
