Truck Tires Roadlux

In the segment of truck tires, the brand offers models of the following categories:

- for long-haul transportation;
- for mixed conditions - asphalt/dirt;
- for dirt roads.

The "long-haul" line of the brand consists of tires for steering/trailer and driving axles. This approach to forming the model range has a number of advantages. One of them is a significant reduction in operating costs while maintaining high performance. All tires are distinguished by reliable traction properties on dry and wet surfaces, directional stability, and stability during maneuvering. This is due to the use of closed tread patterns with continuous longitudinal ribs. In addition, all tires use all-steel carcasses with significant carrying capacity and resistance to impact. It is worth adding a special compound with increased resistance to tears and stretches, abrasive wear, punctures, and breaks. Such solutions significantly increase the mileage of the tire and its durability.

For mixed operating conditions, Roadlux offers a sufficient number of models. All of them are universal in application, effective both on asphalt roads and on most types of dirt surfaces. This is due to the use of optimized tread patterns for such conditions, as well as a significant depth of their cutting. In all models, this indicator is about 20 mm. In addition, special compounds with increased resistance to punctures and breaks are used.

The scope of application of the brand's tires for dirt roads includes dump trucks, concrete mixers, and other special equipment used on construction and production sites. Such tires are distinguished by the use of reinforced carcasses with an increased cross-section of steel cord threads, their integration into the structure of the sidewalls, the thickness of which is significantly increased. In addition, a rubber compound is used that is extremely resistant to any mechanical impact, as well as to prolonged overheating, which does not lead to the formation of small cracks. The design of the tread patterns is also correspondingly adapted. All its variants consist of blocks, the shoulder zones are open, and the grooves between the elements are increased and contain special protrusions that prevent stones from getting stuck in the tread. All these measures provide Roadlux tires with reliability and a long service life in the most unfavorable conditions for such products.
