The Deestone SD437 industrial tire is designed for intensive use in dump trucks and other special equipment used in construction and industrial sites. It is characterized by its strength, resistance to damage, and reliable traction properties on any road surface. It is installed on the driving axle.
The tread of the tire is made of a special rubber compound that is highly resistant to abrasive effects, cracks, and heat over a long period. The tread pattern is directional and V-shaped, providing good directional stability. The large width of the drainage elements allows for the avoidance of hydroplaning and enables the tread to intensively self-clean from small soil particles and even stones. The tread pattern is divided into several functional areas. The central part with densely arranged blocks increases the stability of traction during straight-line movement and reduces rolling resistance. The open shoulder areas with high transverse edges provide excellent traction on unstable loose soil surfaces.
Main features of Deestone SD437
- the direction of the grooves against the direction of movement prevents aquaplaning;
- the dense arrangement of blocks in the central part reduces fuel consumption, improves directional stability;
- long transverse edges in the shoulder areas increase the traction force on soil surfaces;
- special rubber compound resistant to wear, punctures, and cracks.
