Summer tire Austone AT27 is designed for various trucks that operate in any conditions. Creating this model, the company's specialists took into account all the wishes of consumers, so the tire stands out with an increased service life and confident handling. To achieve these parameters, it was necessary to use a modified rubber compound and a zigzag tread design. Throughout the production process, the tire undergoes thorough control, which excludes the possibility of defective batches reaching the consumer.
Modified rubber compound
To improve the tire's performance, new components were used in the rubber compound. The increased silicon content made it possible to achieve excellent wear-resistant qualities, which increased the tire's usage period. Good elasticity was achieved through the application of silica. Therefore, the tire has fast recovery properties and excellent grip on wet road surfaces. The new rubber compound made it possible to reduce rolling resistance, thereby reducing fuel consumption while driving and increasing stability when moving at high speeds. Due to the improvement of heat-resistant properties, the tire is less prone to damage from overheating.
Zigzag tread pattern
Two rows of continuous blocks in the central part of the tread provide excellent directional stability and accelerated response to steering wheel turns, increasing stability and making handling more precise and predictable. To increase stability during maneuvers, the shoulder area has increased stiffness, which also reduces the risk of lateral damage. Three deep zigzag grooves perfectly cope with their tasks, quickly removing water from the contact area and preventing possible aquaplaning. Small cuts reduce noise while driving and increase stability on wet surfaces.
