The Armstrong ASH 11 commercial tire is designed for intensive use on highways and regional roads. It is installed on the steering axle. It provides a significant reduction in operating costs due to its increased reliability, wear resistance, and excellent fuel economy.
The tread pattern is distinguished by a reduced number of longitudinal ribs, down to four. This allowed them to be made wider, and as a consequence, more resistant to deformation. As a result, the tire demonstrates excellent stability of traction properties at high speeds, precise handling, while having a reduced "fuel appetite" and wear resistance. The three longitudinal grooves have an increased volume, which minimizes the risk of aquaplaning even in heavy rain. Special protrusions on their bottom prevent stones from getting stuck in the tread, which increases the reliability of the tire and its passability on poor roads.
