Extremely durable carcass

As mentioned earlier, the Aeolus AGC28 model is distinguished by a very strong design, the basis of which is the carcass. It has been significantly strengthened with a all-steel cord and an additional steel breaker layer, which has made it possible to provide the tire with excellent strength and resistance even to very significant impact loads.

Reinforced sidewalls

When developing this tire, particular attention was paid to ensuring the reliability of the sidewalls. This was achieved by increasing the thickness of the rubber compound and adding additional components to its composition, which increased its resistance to the aggressive effects of the external environment.

Aggressive tread pattern design

Since this model was initially created for operation not only on asphalt, but also beyond the roads with a solid coating, it was equipped with a tread pattern that differs in high performance on various types of coatings. It contains four longitudinal ribs, two of which have a block structure and are located in its central part. During movement, the blocks located in the center of the tread form a large number of engagement edges, due to which maximum traction and coupling properties are achieved.

In turn, the shoulder zones have a closed design and massive dimensions, which provides several advantages at once. First of all, this is an increase in the area of the support surface, as well as giving it a rectangular shape. This, on the one hand, improves traction, and on the other hand, increases the carrying capacity and resistance to impact loads and uneven wear.
