Lynk&Co 08 – a spacious crossover from a Chinese manufacturer that was introduced in 2022. The model is built on the universal CMA platform, which is a "brainchild" of Volvo. It has been modified to meet the requirements of more spacious vehicles and has received the 2.0 index.

Exterior

The model attracts attention with its futuristic design, which features H-shaped headlights at the front that extend to the hood level. Along the entire bumper, there is a LED line consisting of 32 elements that are activated automatically when the owner approaches the vehicle. Cameras are used as rearview mirrors, providing a video signal to the corresponding monitors. The exterior features also include frameless glasses, which are a prerogative of sports cars.

Interior and Equipment

Inside the car, it is spacious, stylish, and comfortable. On the front console, there are two monitors – one serving as a 12.3-inch instrument panel, and the second – a 15.6-inch multimedia and control panel for the main functions. It is worth noting that the vehicle's software is developed by Meizu, a Chinese company that specializes in the production of mobile devices.

The equipment includes a Harman Kardon audio system, which features 23 speakers. Some of them are located in the headrests, providing a "sound around" function. There is also a large "panorama", a projection screen, wireless charging, which is complemented by air cooling, and a set of active safety systems that allow even an inexperienced driver to feel confident on the road.

Engine

The manufacturer offers one variant of the power unit – a hybrid system based on a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine and two electric motors. Their total power is 593 horsepower and 905 Nm of torque. Thanks to this number of power units, a four-wheel drive system is implemented, and acceleration to 100 km/h takes 4.6 seconds.

To power the electric motors, a 39.6 kW power unit is provided, which allows for a range of up to 245 km on a single charge. If all the capabilities of the hybrid system are used, the distance on a single tank will be 1400 km.
