I'm writing this review in terms of price-quality ratio, keep that in mind. The tires are quite soft, the noise level is normal. The grip on asphalt is good. I don't think it's necessary to check the declared speed index of 91V, after all, it's one of the cheapest segments on the market. And in general, I recommend buying!
