Interior noise level is very noticeable from 40 km/h, then gradually gets 'Louder' as you accelerate. (No issues with appearance or finish). Do SEMPERIT have quiet tyres?

Not at all! The noise in the car is not very strong like something of a trip in a turbo plane.
