My dad had the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 3 on his 40th Lada, and what a tire it was. Since then, more than 10 years ago, I have only had the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 2000 during the winter. I have replaced two cars (VAZ-21061 and IZh 2126-060) and the wear on the tires has not been more than 15-20%. Mud, snow - no problem.

There are two drawbacks to the tire: 1) it makes a loud noise, like being on a plane - it's hard to get used to. 2) there are no other sizes - if there were, I would have taken it on the Niva. On the snowmobile, it handled no worse than a 4x4 in any snow and mud.

Good tyre, bought in Moscow at the end of 2011, ordered production in two weeks, cost 6500 roubles for four wheels, I think it was made at a Kama factory. I'm satisfied with the tyre, my father had such on his VAZ 2141.

Mind-blowing mud/snow tire!!! Shame they don't make it anymore, never found a suitable alternative in terms of traction and self-cleaning. Limited choice of diameters... Once saw a very rare R14 in person, owner was absolutely thrilled!!!

There were then the Lada 2107. An excellent review and other cars can't be. With this tire I fell in love with winter driving.

In the 90s I rode on such a tire on a snowplow, just to be stunned. And all the time in the ravines. What's remarkable is that on overtaking and in turns I always took the edge of the snow, not releasing the gas, driving like on rails. Abroad they nervously smoke. It's bad that they don't release it. That's why I'm looking for it on the net.

That tire is great for snow, can drive through any drift and climb steep inclines, but is unmanageable on bare ice. Otherwise, that tire is great.
