Hello everyone!

When preparing my car for winter driving, I was faced with the problem of buying winter tires. However, my finances were insufficient to purchase the Michelin and Toyo tires that I prefer. I didn't want to wait and buying used tires was also not an option. I read numerous reviews of different tire brands that I could afford (I was finishing the repair of my apartment at that time) and decided to buy the Kingstar RW07 265/65 R17

It goes quietly on the asphalt or ground, and is not bad on the snow.
BUT ice! It's nothing on ice, traction when braking and starting on icy surfaces or freshly groomed moist slightly frozen snow - is approaching 0. Cornering stability on these surfaces is also nothing.
In general, a snow tire for some movement on ice.

Good tyre for the money.

I thought the tires were having a hard time gripping the road on the ice. One time, they spun out on me completely by surprise, and I had to correct by 180 degrees. Luckily, there was no one coming the other way. I’m not sure if it was the tires or the road conditions, but it was pretty sketchy.

The tires exceeded all expectations! They're holding up great on the road. In the backyard - loose snow - they're handling it perfectly! Packed snow - no problem - no significant slippage. Braking - ABS kicks in rarely. As for noise, my Michelin Latitude (summer tires) would be noisier. Didn't regret buying them, they're worth every penny, 100%!

Hello everyone! I wrote my first review on January 27, 2013. I still can't believe I'm driving on this tire!!! There are still plenty of studs left, but I'll change them next year since the tire is already cracked. Now I want to try something from Dunlop. P.S. I think there would be more studs in this tire and it would be just fantastic!

Great tire, no balance issues, excellent handling, drives well in ice and snow.

Excellent tire. Bought at the beginning of winter. Holds the road perfectly: both on ice and on snow. Tracks well on snow. Already 15,000 km, no wear, all studs are in place.

The tire is great, the noise is significantly less than from Nokian, I recommend. After 1 year of use, not a single stud fell off.
