I want to share my personal experience with this tire model
The vehicle is an Iveco Daily 65C15
The tires are size 225/75 R16C with a maximum load capacity of 1450 kg per wheel (allegedly)
We change the tires on the car before the trip, after driving along the route
From Krasnodar to Sevastopol, then to Moscow, and from there to Berdyan'sk, and back to Krasnodar. On the way to Sevastopol, a bulge forms on the front tire. The driver sent me a photo
Let's assume it was due to careless driving, not noticing a pothole, and so on. We continue driving to Moscow, the car arrives normally, we load up for Berdyan'sk (on all loads, the weight did not exceed 3.5 tons, which means the total weight of the vehicle was 6.5 tons, and the tires are designed for 8700 tons with 6 tires)
On the way from Moscow, near Voronezh, two more bulges form, like a sausage along the rim, I call and cancel the order for the tire, by then I already understood that it's not the driver's fault, and even more so not an overload, that's causing the bulges on the tire, near Mariupol, the wheel explodes
We manage to get to a tire shop, and there we discover that all 6 wheels have bulges along the cord.
In my opinion, it's an obvious defect, the maximum allowed load on the tire is overstated
The tire does not meet the declared load capacity.
I bring it to the sales department on Moscow Street 10/3 in Krasnodar. The guys I handed the tires over to were also surprised that all 6 wheels had the same damage with an almost new tread, which suggests that the tire has hardly been driven
But for some reason, the department that conducted the examination does not think so.
