I bought them in the fall without even reading reviews. Normal tires. After reading the first reviews here, I got upset. However, after driving on them in snow, mud, and on ice, I was surprised by the good properties of this rubber on all surfaces. Nokian Nordman RS2 is installed on my second car. I didn't feel much difference. The Chinese tires (as it seems to me) are a bit noisier, but not critically.
