Bought a set back in the summer, it's time to put them on. The tires are in terrible condition (uneven) and bounce at speeds of 40-80. I've already been to 3 different tire shops but to no avail.

Not the best option for winter. Traction is weak, much worse than Triangle. When the asphalt is just wet or the first snow that's melting, you can drive, but when there's snow lying around, for example, in the courtyard, there's just no traction.
