They sent me all four tires on the left side and they have a directional pattern. Now I have one side that's nice with a white sidewall and the other side is dull since the tires have a different pattern on each side. The staff are incompetent. I called their phone number, left a message, and they didn't even bother to call me back within a four-hour working time window. What kind of customer service is this?

I bought these tires after reading reviews and watching YouTube videos. Out of all the ones I saw and read, only one was negative, and it was more of a personal attack on the author. I thought it was impossible that all the people filming and writing could be paid for, so I bought these tires for my UAZ Patriot in May 2017. I didn't need tires for off-road driving with the car flooded, but I needed them to drive 150 km on the highway one way

I use this tire for racing. On sand and mud the car goes like CRAZY!!! In trialing it's hard to imagine anything better, it's rolling with Safaris. But on a wet road or on snow when braking it's eager to get some adrenaline rush. So I decrease the speed in such conditions. The tire itself is great, the quietest among M/T.

Good tyres. Quiet on the asphalt, but grabby in the mud. The tread pattern cleans itself well. Exterior appearance - 5. The car now looks more aggressive.
I installed them early in the spring and was sure to get winter tyres, as they become rigid in cold temperatures and extremely slippery on frozen asphalt.

Started using in winter. Could say: the quality of manufacture surprised me, soft, quiet, holds the road perfectly in frost. In black ice, naturally, I engage four-wheel drive and move calmly, but with sense, still no studs.
